PROJECT 2 - B/T VICTORIA

The service performed represented a total of 54,162.17 kg of angle-type profiles, change of various additional structures such as inserts in the frames, ties, bracket-type reinforcements, plates and vertical angles in bulkheads of different characteristics, as detailed below:

• 584.45 meters of 125 x 80 x 12 mm angle profile in 1 BB-EB, 2 BB-EB, 3 BB-EB, 4 BB-EB and 5 BB-EB ballast tanks.

• 695.20 meters of angle type profile of 140 x 90 x 12 mm in ballast tanks 1 BB-EB, 2 BB-EB, 3 BB-EB, 4 BB-EB and 5 BB-EB.

• 194.35 meters of angle type profile of 160 x 100 x 15 mm in ballast tanks 1 BB-EB, 2 BB-EB, 3 BB-EB, 4 BB-EB and 5 BB-EB.

• 255.45 meters of angle type profile of 180 x 110 x 15 mm in ballast tanks 1 BB-EB, 2 BB-EB, 3 BB-EB and 4 BB-EB.

• 13,140.65 kg in exchange for various additional structures such as inserts in the frames, ties, bracket-type reinforcements, plates and vertical angles in bulkheads of different characteristics, and

• 1,016.14 kg of change of 12 mm thick sheeting to be able to enter the angles into the ballast tanks of the double bottom.

 

In summary, there is a total of 39,489.17 kg of structures inside 12 mm thick ballast tanks, 14,673.00 kg of structures inside 15 mm thick ballast tanks and 1,016.14 kg of ironing change. 12 mm thick hull
